What To Do When You Have An Attack?

With depression and anxiety you are never sure when an attack is going to come on. The worst part is that it could be in the middle of a meeting or an event and it can be very embarrassing. Whenever I have anxiety attacks I have to remove myself from the situation and take a breather. I used to be a heavy smoker and I used to use the opportunity to have a smoke. Since I quit I simply go outside for some fresh air. Even though we cannot control when the attacks come on we can chose to control how it affects us. We need to realize that it is no one’s fault and we shouldn’t blame anyone, especially ourselves. As sufferers we tend to beat ourselves up a lot about having attacks. Like everything we should be gentle when approaching the issue and we should not be ashamed of having them. We should get the help we need instead of being embarrassed. We should also find jobs that are suitable for our condition by avoiding jobs that require long hours. Anxiety is not a death sentence and should be seen as a speed bump and not something that will stop us from living life to its fullest.

PDT For Mesothelioma Prognosis

Doctors and scientists may be able to provide mesothelioma prognosis a positive outlook with the photodynamic therapy. The photodynamic therapy (PDT) with other treatments may help treat tumors found in the cancer patients body. The PDT has been tested and has been used for cancer treatment since 1980. The patient is given PDT to treat cancer in its early-stage thereby reducing the growth of tumors.
